TC20 Series Carbide Slitting Saws

The TC20 Series solid carbide saws are designed for difficult-to-machine materials, such as stainless steel, steel after heat treatment，cast iron,super alloys and Titanium alloy. The tooth form with face of this series slotting saws are similar to DIN 1837 and 1838. The saws are ground with ultra-precision tolerances to the below standard:

• Thickness tolerances: +/- 0.01mm, special customized +/- 0.005mm;

• the tolerance of outer dia: +/- 0.05mm;

• the tolerance of inter dia: +0.01- 0.02mm;

• Runout of outer diameter: 0.03mm

• Surface of saw:  mirror
